
About Us
In a house from the first decade of the 1900s, the Evita Museum was constituted first and then, in 2005, the "Evita Restaurant Museum" that occupies, besides an internal part of the house where the original kitchen worked, the famous patio: a unique outdoor space in Buenos Aires.
1948
Restoration
The Eva Perón Foundation bought, restored and dedicated the house as Hogar de Tránsito Nº 2, a temporary shelter for women and children without resources.
2002
The museum is born
Fifty years after Evita's death, her grandniece, Cristina Alvarez Rodríguez, inaugurated the Evita Museum in Buenos Aires.
2005
Opening Restaurant
The "Evita Restaurant Museum" is inaugurated. It occupies, besides an internal part of the house where the original kitchen worked, the famous patio: a unique outdoor space in Buenos Aires.

Our products are made by the company "La Boutique del Celiaco", once they enter our premises, they are stored and prepared in an exclusive sector, completely separated from our main kitchen, thus preventing any type of cross contamination.
All our staff is trained to handle these foods, we also have in the company with celiac people who advise and supervise us so that everything works properly.
